Shipping Terms and Conditions

Return Shipping Costs

We offer a free pick-up service for eligible locations, so you won’t need to worry about return shipping costs. If the pick-up service isn’t available in your area, you may send the product back using a reliable courier, and we will reimburse the shipping costs upon receipt of proof of payment.

Shipping Address

Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate shipping address along with an active phone number during checkout. We will ship your order to the address provided at the time of purchase. If changes to the shipping address are required after placing the order, you must notify us within 24 hours.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary based on your location and the selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated based on the delivery location and the total weight of the package. Any additional taxes, customs duties, or fees imposed by the destination country will be the customer's responsibility.

Delivery Delays

Dishu Sarees is not responsible for delays caused by external factors, such as customs processes, weather events, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment online. Please note that tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to reflect on the courier’s system.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an incomplete or incorrect address, or if no one is available to receive the package, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred to re-ship the package.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Dishu Sarees is not liable for packages that are lost or damaged during transit. In case of lost packages, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance. If your package arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package, along with photographic evidence of the damage, so we can assist with the claims process.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and will not be covered by Dishu Sarees. Please check with your local customs office for more information on applicable charges.

Non-Delivery

If your package is not delivered within the estimated time frame, please notify us, and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue. We cannot guarantee delivery timelines for international shipments due to customs and other variables outside of our control.
