Return Conditions

To make the return process smooth, please follow these guidelines:

  • Unused and Unwashed: Items must be in new condition, meaning they should not have been worn or washed.
  • Original Condition: All tags and labels should still be attached to the product.
  • Unboxing video: To ensure a smooth return/exchange, record a complete unboxing video from start to finish while opening your Dishu Sarees order.
  • Include the Invoice: Make sure to send back the original invoice that came with your order.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

We offer a free pick-up service for eligible locations, so you won’t need to worry about shipping costs. If pick-up isn’t available in your area, you can send the product back using a reliable courier, and we’ll reimburse you for the shipping costs.

Refund Processing Time

After your return is approved, we’ll start the refund process within 48 hours. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for the money to show up in your account [original source of payment].

Sale Items and Bundle Offers

You can return items purchased during sales, but if you decide to return part of a bundle deal (like Buy 2 Get 1 Free), the bundle discount might no longer apply.


Dishu Sarees Return & Exchange Policy (Within 3 Days of Receipt)

Eligible Returns and Exchanges:

  • Genuine Quality Issues:
    • If you receive an order with genuine quality problems (weaving defects, stains, etc.), contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving the product.
    • To expedite the return process, please include clear photos or a short video clip showcasing the quality issue with your order. This will help us assess the problem quickly and efficiently.
    • Upon verification of the quality issue, we will initiate a refund or exchange for your chosen option.
  • Damaged or Wrong/Missing Product:
    • If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.
    • We understand your excitement about receiving your dream outfit! However, to ensure a smooth return/exchange process, please record a short unboxing video while carefully opening the package. This video will be valuable documentation if any damaged or incorrect item is received.
    • Based on your preference, we will either process a refund or send you the correct order at no additional shipping cost.

Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Items:

  • RTO (Return To Origin):
    • To avoid failed delivery attempts, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address with an active phone number during checkout.
    • Customers are responsible for additional shipping costs if a package is returned to our warehouse due to an incomplete or incorrect address.
  • Colour Mismatch:
    • We strive to take high-quality photos that accurately represent the true colours of our outfits. However, slight colour variations due to differences in screen calibration may occur.
    • Colour variations are not considered valid reasons for returns.
  • Untimely Requests:
    • All return/exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
    • We cannot accept requests after this timeframe.
  • Missing Unboxing Video:
    • A full unboxing/opening video of the parcel is mandatory for claiming a refund or exchange.
    • The video must clearly capture the condition of the outfit upon arrival, including any damage or discrepancies.
    • We recommend recording the video in good lighting while carefully opening the package and inspecting the saree. This will ensure clear documentation for a smooth return/exchange process.
  • Used or Altered Outfits:
    • Returned orders must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.
    • We do not accept returns for customised or altered outfits.
  • International Exchange:
    • Store exchange does not apply to orders shipped outside India.
    • Customers may be responsible for additional return shipping costs and customs duties.
  • Fabric/Material Orders:
    • Dress material/fabric orders are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation.
